Description
This document is a one-page scorecard measuring the accuracy of the service writer/estimator on the administrative and customer service steps required to process a repair. This form can also serve as a checklist for service writers/estimators to insure that all the key administrative steps are completed during a repair. Ultimately, a shop owner or manager can use this form to grade the performance of estimators and service writers.
