Description
This form provides space for all the basic owner and vehicle details in addition to entry fields for the task, location, description, parts, and all the labor categories. Many of the fields are replicated in Pathways, ShopLink, and Ultramate. Mileage, VIN number, mfg date, are just a few of the fields provided. This tool is very handy if the estimator inspects the vehicle and then passes the information off to another person for data entry. This form makes it easy to jot down all the damaged items using pen and ink while working in the back lot or out at the curb. Later, the information can be entered into the computer estimating program.
