This customer reply card is built four to a page on a 8.5″ X 11″ format. The cards themselves measure a standard post card size of 4.5″ X 5.5″. These can be printed on heavy stock on any laser printer and given to the customer upon pick up of the vehicle. By keeping in touch with your customers level of satisfaction, may problems can be diverted through prompt action. This card, self addressed and stamped, will give the customer a “no pressure” opportunity to tell you how they feel. You’ll save a bundle over having these printed at the local print shop.
