Orders received for physical items at Autobody.net by 11:00 am PST are shipped the same business day.

If you are located in the United States, your package will take 2-5 days to be delivered via UPS Ground Service. Actual transit time is based on where you are located. All software ships from Santa Maria, California. If you are located in Canada, U.S. Airmail usually takes about 4 weeks to arrive. If you are located elsewhere in the world, U.S. Airmail usually takes about 4-6 weeks to arrive.

All online physical orders are shipped this way. All other shipping types must be ordered by phone or fax.  Contact our customer service department for these other options.

Ship Second Day or Overnight (UPS)

You must order by phone or fax for expedited shipping.

California residents must add 7.75% sales tax or provide an exemption ID.

Software Return Policy

Autobody.net wants you to be satisfied with our products.

If, for any reason, the software you receive does not meet your expectations, you can return it to us within 30 days of the date of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price.

Products may be returned within 30 days of purchase subject to the following conditions:

  • Prior approval and a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA#) are required to return a physical product. RMA will expire 30 days after date of issue.
  • To obtain the RMA#, please contact our customer service department to obtain an RMA. You may also call Customer Service at 1.805.631-5536, Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm PST. Please have your customer number and/or order number available when you call.
  • Damaged or defective products must be reported within 15 days of the delivery date for credit or replacement at our discretion.
  • Returns for any other reason must be requested within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Once an RMA# has been obtained, securely pack the item(s) in an external carton. If available, include a copy of the purchase order. We strongly advise that you obtain a tracking number for your shipment. Please use a sturdy shipping box.
  • Clearly mark the RMA# assigned by our Customer Service Department on the return label placed on the outside of the shipping carton.

  • Prompt credit will be issued for all acceptable pre-authorized returns when they arrive back at our warehouse.
  • If you had an electronic install of the software, then we will ask you to uninstall the product from your computer before we issue the refund.
  • If you purchased the software from one of our authorized resellers or affiliates, then you must contact that company to process your return. We can only accept returns for product purchased directly from Autobody.net.
